There's more to Jack than you would think initially. He seems like the average young musician, but he has a history already at the age of fourteen.
As you know some skills are passed down through generations between certain family members.His special skill is rare, and no he doesn't have a photographic memory. That would be too obvious.
He is protected too. Just like a rare species, by international law. All this is true.
